Together, we'll navigate the complexities of your emotions, unraveling the layers of pain to reveal the resilience within. Let's embark on this transformative journey together, where healing is not just a destination, but a way of life.

My Specialties

I specialize in supporting adults grappling with various challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and grief. I also work with for those navigating the aftermath of narcissistic abuse or dealing with the complexities of growing up with an alcoholic parent. These experiences often leave profound emotional imprints, affecting multiple facets of life.

Together, we embark on a journey to delve into the roots of these struggles, develop effective coping mechanisms, and strive for a more harmonious and satisfying existence. Drawing upon a spectrum of evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-focused interventions, I tailor our sessions to suit your unique needs.

My therapeutic ethos revolves around identifying and reshaping negative thought and behavioral patterns contributing to your distress. Through collaborative exploration and skill-building, we aim to enhance emotional regulation and cultivate resilience. My ultimate aspiration is to empower you to reclaim agency over your mental well-being and forge a path towards a richer, more meaningful life.
